The full project goal covers the vehicle, its conversion into a food truck, the equipment needed to prepare and serve food, and an initial stock of supplies. Together, these essentials will equip the team to begin serving customers and generating income for the mission.

Imagine being the first and only Thai food truck in Dallas, Texas. This food truck will be the very first taco truck in Chiang Mai, which is nearly the same size. There are multiple large international schools and foreign groups that reside in Chiang Mai. It is also one of the top tourist destinations in the world. Chiang Mai is one of the top cities traveled to within Thailand, which receives over 300 million tourists a year.

Having a mobile restaurant allows us to service events throughout the city where these people gather. There are events every night of the week throughout the city, providing more than enough opportunity for growth and financial success. The estimated return on investment would be two years. This truck will also employ 4 to 6 individuals, which expands our already established company profile, allowing for more business visas for missionaries.
