Ministry essentials
Intensive training on the core principles of impactful Christian ministry. The power of effective prayer and fasting. Being led by the Holy Spirit in your personal walk and ministry work.
Thai language & culture
Learn pronunciation, greetings, and sentence building — plus the cultural norms that open doors with Thai people.
Worldview training
Explore Buddhism, Islam, Hinduism, and other worldviews prevalent in Thailand. Learn to bridge the gospel with sensitivity and biblical truth.
Discipleship community
Men's and women's discipleship through practical coaching and mentoring. Accountability, identity in Christ, and authentic community with like-minded believers.
Excursions & retreats
In-country excursions across Thailand, possible cross-border trips to Cambodia, Myanmar, or Laos, and retreats designed for personal and team growth.

Three terms a year
We offer three 3-month internship terms each year, each with fixed start dates and a clear pathway for growth. If you’re ready to step out in faith, deepen your calling, and serve on the mission field in Thailand, choose a term and begin the journey.
Term 1
$500 deposit due Jan 15 · 50% by Feb 15 · 100% by Mar 15

What's covered: housing and utilities, food, local transportation, your international flight, and all program costs. Budget roughly $940 extra for personal items, international insurance, visa fees, program books, and personal spending. We'll help you fundraise — including support from full-time missionaries who've done it for years.

Each term is $6,200, which covers housing and utilities, food, local transportation, your international flight, and all program costs. Plan on roughly $940 more for personal items, insurance, visa fees, books, and spending money. All payments are non-refundable donations under US 501(c)(3) law.

A $500 deposit is due upon acceptance (applied toward your total), 50% is due one month later, and 100% is due one month after that — all before your term begins. Exact dates depend on your term.
Yes. Your Acceptance Packet includes fundraising tips and guidelines, and you'll have access to experienced full-time missionaries who have successfully fundraised for years and can offer support and advice.
Days begin with personal prayer, devotions, and breakfast, followed by team time. Then ministry: Alpha courses at the Fusion Center, campus outreach with Thai and Chinese students, village ministry, market outreach, temple visits, and strategic prayer at the House of Prayer.
Interns sign a commitment form agreeing to program standards rooted in safety, biblical morality, ministry effectiveness, and cultural sensitivity, along with the Within Reach Global statement of faith. Full details are provided during the application process.
