Research on gift inventories suggests they overlap with personality: outgoing, open people tend to score higher across the board. Your results show how you see yourself today. **How your scores work.** Each of the 19 gifts is measured by three statements you rated from 0 (Not true of me) to 4 (Very true of me). A gift's score is the total of those three answers out of 12, shown as a percentage and rounded to the nearest 5. Your scores are not compared with anyone else's. A blend's strength is the geometric mean of its gifts, so one lower gift pulls the blend down. **Where it comes from.** Your scores come only from your own answers. The statements and definitions were written by Within Reach Global from the gift lists in Romans 12, 1 Corinthians 12, Ephesians 4 and 1 Peter 4. The four families, the blends and the pathway matches are our interpretation, meant to help you see how gifts work together and where you might serve. **Take the next step.** - Ask two or three people who know you well whether these results ring true.
