Everything you need to know

Long-term roles typically begin with a one- to two-year commitment, with many workers staying for years. We'll talk through what fits your calling and season.

Not necessarily. We look for character, calling, and teachability. Training and mentorship are built into your first season on the field.

Long-term workers build a team of financial and prayer partners. We provide coaching, tools, and the encouragement of others who have done it successfully.

Primarily Thailand and the surrounding Southeast Asia region, with roles based out of Chiang Mai and other strategic locations.
