Within Reach Global places long-term workers alongside indigenous leaders across Thailand and Southeast Asia, in roles spanning church planting, discipleship, business as mission, and outreach center leadership.

You have questions

Everything you need to know

Start with a conversation with our team. From there, come on a vision trip, apply with references, and build a support team, with our coaching at every step. Many long-term workers first come on a mission trip or the apprenticeship.

Within Reach Global is a 501(c)(3) missions organization founded in 1997 and based in Chiang Mai, Thailand. We focus on unreached people groups in the 10/40 Window and have seen 85 churches planted.

We're looking for long-term staff in these areas:

  • Evangelism and discipleship
  • Campus and student ministry
  • Church planting
  • Teaching and TEFL
  • Creative media and communications
  • Worship and media arts
  • Mobilization and recruitment
  • Administration and operations

Roles are based in Chiang Mai and other strategic locations, and staff raise their own support.

Long-term roles typically begin with a one- to two-year commitment, with many workers staying for years. We'll talk through what fits your calling and season.

Not necessarily. We look for character, calling, and teachability. Training and mentorship are built into your first season on the field.

Long-term workers build a team of financial and prayer partners. We provide coaching, tools, and the encouragement of others who have done it successfully.

Primarily Thailand and the surrounding Southeast Asia region, with roles based out of Chiang Mai and other strategic locations.
