Within Reach Global seeks to expand its gospel outreach by establishing for-profit businesses that sustain non-profit ministry. All our Business as Mission (BAM) endeavors aim to create financial capital to support locally-led mission efforts among unreached communities. Our sister company, Fusion Global Co. Ltd., allows the unique opportunity to impact people awaiting their first encounter with Christ. We presently have a number of different business opportunities, including:
Red Panda Pop-Up Coffee Bar – $7,000
A mobile coffee business that promotes the Red Panda brand at conferences, special events, and popular tourist spots
Laser Tag Business – $120,000
Chiang Mai’s first high-quality laser tag facility situated in northern Thailand, a popular tourist destination
Red Panda Hostel & Cafe (#2) – $55,000
A second location for our successful hostel business which provides accommodations for tourists and short-term mission teams
Manufacturing Business – $25,000
A welding and manufacturing business providing occupational training for young adult orphans aging out of children’s homes
Red Panda Pop-Up Coffee Bar: $7,000
We need $7,000 to establish a mobile pop-up coffee bar for Red Panda, Within Reach Global’s for-profit cafe, which opened alongside our sister company, Fusion Global Co. Ltd. The Red Panda coffee brand is rising in popularity, with online five-star reviews and a strong presence in Chiang Mai. We now wish to expand beyond our cafes by providing coffee services at conferences, special events, and popular tourist spots. This traveling pop-up coffee bar is a low-cost startup with the potential to generate high-volume sales, helping to achieve financial and ministry success and engage unreached communities for Christ.
Red Panda Hostel & Cafe (Second Location): $55,000
We need $55,000 to open our second Red Panda Hostel & Cafe branch in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Our first location opened in October 2024 and was a huge success because it capitalized on Thailand’s burgeoning tourism sector. The first branch also provides much-needed housing for visiting short-term mission teams, raises funds to support indigenous missionaries, and extends gospel outreach in Thailand. Because of the significant profit gain in our revenue stream, we are now looking to open a second branch, allowing Within Reach Global to raise the number of gospel presentations that have occurred over the years, which amount to more than 100,000.
Laser Tag Business: $120,000
We need $120,000 to establish the first high-quality laser tag facility in Chiang Mai, situated in the heart of a popular tourist destination. By conservative estimates, the laser tag business offers a one-year return on investment. As the only laser tag business in the city, we anticipate a high amount of customer traffic from the tourism industry and an equal number of customers from the expat community. This dynamic business opportunity seeks to fill a hole in the entertainment industry, as there is currently no competition in the market, while simultaneously generating income to support local missionaries in Chiang Mai and surrounding provinces throughout Thailand.
Manufacturing Business – $25,000
We need $25,000 to launch a welding and manufacturing business that will provide occupational training to young adult orphans aging out of children’s homes. This project creates a tremendous impact on the lives of those who receive occupational training while simultaneously generating capital to fund indigenous missionary efforts in Thailand. In collaboration with Christian children’s homes in Chiang Mai, Thailand, we aim to create a dynamic educational atmosphere that empowers vulnerable young Thais to develop their entrepreneurial skills and reshape Thailand with a Christian worldview.
