Another year has come and gone in the blink of an eye! It's amazing how fast time flies, but we want to take a moment to pause and reflect on what God has done through your faithful giving and through the Within Reach Global staff this year.

Aren't you just sick of receiving those holiday season emails that make you feel a little bit overwhelmed about the discrepancy of the rich and the poor; that remind you of every need there is around the world—as if there isn't enough need in your hometown?

Two Christmas's ago, David and I went to the United States to celebrate with his family. We had a wonderful time. That same year, earlier in 2009, we were able to set up three more underground Bible training centers, but we suffered a lot of difficulty in China—from persecution to sickness, and near death experiences.

Brother Yang's father gripped my hand tight and grabbed my left love handle. He squeezed harder than I would have liked. I squirmed. His mustache curled around his wide smile as he gritted his teeth with pleasure. "It's a miracle! This is a miracle!"
