There are hundreds of tribal groups yet to be touched by the gospel, and 26 Tribes is in the perfect location to bring great impact.

The area near Laos and Myanmar is where these people groups live. They are some of the poorest and most uneducated peoples in Southeast Asia. Few want to travel the distance to these people groups. Even the government and lumped hundreds of these tribes together to create 26 "official" people groups. But the fact is, they have their own separate cultures, histories, and languages. Hundreds of these tribes have a crisis of identity as their cultures are not even officially recognized.

But God recognizes them. His eyes are upon them. They are the precious despised, and He will stop at nothing to ensure that these tribal groups one day stand before His throne.

After traveling to these people groups for the last 10 years, our hearts have been drawn to them. And with the support of a church in America, we have been able to establish 26 Tribes, the Within Reach Global training center in the midst of hundreds of people groups.

Our local co-workers regularly travel to villages, following up on previous evangelistic efforts that we have begun. They preach the good news, build relationships with the locals, seek to find people with a longing for God, and bring them to 26 Tribes center to disciple them.

Though there are many challenges facing 26 Tribes, this center is being used to shine the light of the gospel in areas where there has never been a Christian witness.
