God has got His radar fixed on the untouched students in our region, and The Hub is always there to shock them with a dose of God’s love and acceptance.

After ministering to college students at The Hub for over a year, we are really seeing lives set free and transformed. We use the English Corner platform to share the message of the cross, and young people are coming in by the dozens. Many have even Googled “best English Corner in [our city]”, and showed up on a Wednesday or Friday night to join the fun, games and life-changing topics.
So they come to better their lives by learning English and meeting foreign friends, but they are always hit with a dose of God’s love as well.
We meet at 7pm on Wednesday and Friday to create an English environment for them to learn. We host short-term missionary teams, pastors and Christian professionals who share their expertise with the students. There is a definite hunger in the room as they share powerful life testimonies with the young people. We keep an eye out for those who are truly hungry for the gospel.
Learning English is how we get them into The Hub, but they end up meeting Jesus face to face.
Throughout the week, we follow up on the young people who have a heart to know more about what it means to have a relationship with God. We sow into their lives, disciple them and take them to underground churches where they can get plugged in to the Christian community.
Just this month, we hosted a party for a small group of spiritually hungry students in the home of one of our Within Reach Global staff. After a massive home-cooked meal—an incredible blessing for a single college student—we had a visiting team share about the miracles of Jesus. It was a powerful time for them to get to know Jesus a little better. Each of the students are on their own journey in meeting the Lord, but after the message, we led the students in a prayer of acceptance of the Lord Jesus Christ.
12 students made a decision to follow Christ that night! There was a stirring in the air. Something was different. Something had changed. They felt it: the presence of the Holy Spirit.

We believe that God can use these 12 young people to rock the world for Jesus. They can turn their schools upside down. They are the nameless, faceless generation that God is raising up. Please pray that as we follow-up and disciple them, they will turn into the fiery generation of Christ-followers that God is seeking.
